Bambo Nature introduces: NEW recyclable paper packaging

Bambo Nature introduces: NEW recyclable paper packaging

Diaper packaging made from responsibly sourced paper. Sounds good right? We think so too. Bambo Nature’s baby diapers were the first in the world to attain the acknowledged Nordic Swan Ecolabel more than 25 years ago. And we now proudly introduce our eco- and skin friendly diapers in responsibly sourced FSC®-certified paper packaging.

At the Bambo Nature production site in Denmark, we are fully engaged in manufacturing the new paper diaper packaging made from recyclable materials and we are very excited to share this innovation with you. The packaging is made from Scandinavian FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper and certified according to industry standards; This means that the packaging can be recycled with normal household paper waste, making it even easier for our consumers to be sustainable.

“We wish to make it easy and convenient for parents to choose a diaper that is not only completely safe for their little one, but also produced with care for the environment. We are very proud to be one of the first to introduce a recyclable diaper packaging - and we know it will become a huge success.” – Arne Terp-Nielsen, Director of ABENA Produktion.

A safe childhood and a bright future

Being innovative, thinking outside the box and striving for sustainable solutions are key elements of our company DNA, and we want to do our part in reducing the amount of plastic consumption in the world. The future of the environment, we are leaving behind for our children, is a concern for parents all over the world, and we want to meet the growing demands for sustainable solutions, while still offering parents the ultimate childcare products. All this might sound rather ambitious, we know, but we wish for all children to have a safe childhood and a bright future.

One step closer to a more sustainable tomorrow

Here at Bambo Nature, we are very happy with our new innovative paper packaging, which is yet another proof of how we walk the sustainable talk. For more than 40 years we have specialized in diapers that not only care for children’s health but also for the environment, and one of our main goals has always been to design the most sustainable baby diaper possible. In combination with our other diaper packaging made of 30% post-consumer recycled plastic, this new recyclable paper packaging is a result of our commitment to continuously innovating environmental improvements.

“As a part of our company DNA, we are very conscious of our responsibility for the environment and for future generations. Our new recyclable paper packaging is one step closer to a more sustainable tomorrow.” – Arne Terp-Nielsen, Director of ABENA Produktion.

Together, we can make a difference. Join us on our journey

We are already very proud of our high-quality and ultra-absorbent diapers; The raw materials and ingredients are carefully selected and controlled, and our diapers are recommended by Asthma Allergy Nordic and certified by several official certification agencies like the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the EU Ecolabel, and the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council). It’s true, we are good at what we do  but we always strive to do even better.

With the new recyclable paper packaging on the outside, and our eco-friendly diapers on the inside, we are taking even more steps towards a more sustainable tomorrow, and we want you to join us on our journey. By choosing this paper packaging, you actively contribute to optimizing use of natural resources, and that’s good for everyone. For you, for your child and for the future of our planet.
